Use of Facebook services is also governed by Meta’s Platform Terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Violate the terms or policies of Facebook or other social networks
Post or schedule illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App
Use the App for spam or abusive behavior
You retain ownership of the content you post or manage through the App.
You grant us a limited license to process and display content solely to provide the App’s services.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices described there.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Network Management App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Network Management App from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
